Can I return my jewelry or receive a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not allow for returns or refunds in any cases. All sales are final due to each piece being custom made to order. Please note, if you are wishing to return a cuff due to a sizing issue, we do offer complimentary resizing. Please review our resizing details below.

When will I receive my order?

Our production to delivery time is about 3-4 weeks.

My cuff is too large or too small, how do I resize this?

All cuffs may be sized up or down if needed to accommodate comfort and optimal acupressure stimulation. You may send in your pieces for complimentary resizing with a processing time of 2-3 weeks, please email mail to info@ashleygaddijewelry.com to have your jewelry resized.

If your piece is solid and does not have stones self-sizing is also an option by lightly pulling apart or pushing together the opening of the cuff.

Can I swim or exercise in my gold plated pieces?

Yes you can swim & exercise in your gold plated jewelry as the base of our gold plated pieces are made of sterling silver. For longevity of the gold plating, please avoid contact with lotions and perfumes as the alcohol contents will contribute to the fading of your gold plating.

How do I clean my gold plated pieces?

We recommend using a dry microfiber cloth.

How do I clean my solid gold pieces?

We recommend using a non-invasive jewelry cleaning product and a microfiber cloth. You may also bring your jewelry to be cleaned at your nearest jeweler.
